By accessing or using any service offered by AI Elite Services, including the First Call System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
AI Elite Services provides done-for-you automation and CRM configuration services for small businesses under the First Call System product. Services include GoHighLevel CRM setup, automation configuration, digital business card creation, and related deliverables as defined in your selected package.
Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. A 3-month minimum commitment applies to all packages. After the minimum term, services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Fees are due at the start of each billing period.
AI Elite Services will deliver your configured system within the timeframe specified for your package following receipt of your completed intake form. Delivery timelines begin upon our receipt of all required intake information.
AI Elite Services provides automation configuration services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, lead volumes, revenue, or job recovery. Results depend on factors outside our control including your industry, market, and how you use the system. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
Content, templates, and system architecture created by AI Elite Services remain the intellectual property of AI Elite Services. You receive a license to use the configured system for your business during your active subscription.
Either party may terminate the service relationship after the 3-month minimum with 30 days written notice. AI Elite Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment or violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
