Is this a construction CRM for drywall contractors?

Is First Call System a contractor answering service?

Not for your main line. Core doesn't answer phone calls; it captures website chats, booking requests and estimate forms. Pro adds an optional AI after-hours line: a separate, new local number answered by an AI voice assistant that takes the caller's details and emails you a summary. It doesn't answer, forward or transfer your main business number.

Do I need a website?

No. Your booking page, estimate form and digital card work on their own link. The website chat needs a website to live on, and the optional Website Page add-on ($29/month, free setup, 3-month minimum) gives you a one-page site with the chat built in.

How much does First Call System cost?

Core is $197 a month and Pro is $297 a month, with no setup fee. Both have a 3-month minimum, then month to month. Pro adds an optional AI after-hours line with 500 AI call minutes per billing period. At 500 minutes, calls go to voicemail in your CRM until your billing date, then the AI line turns back on automatically, and there are no overage charges for minutes.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes: the 30-Day Fully Functional or Your Money Back Guarantee. If an item in your plan isn't working as described and it still isn't working 5 business days after you report it, you get a full refund of everything you've paid if you reported it within 30 days of checkout. Escalated issues will be reviewed within 48 hours. Conditions are in our Terms. The guarantee covers whether the system works, not how many leads or jobs you get.
